To help power these additional lights and assist in the usability of them CAN Connect have introduced the Hi-Beam Interface, a multi-output CAN-Bus interface that gives a constant power source when used in conjunction with the vehicle’s high beams. The Hi-Beam interface can be used to add additional light sources, such as a light bar via a vehicle’s CAN network. The plug-and-play nature of this product provides easy installation, making it an ideal solution for commercial vehicles requiring additional lighting for working at night.

The Hi-Beam provides 3 varying output options, the first being a constant power option when the vehicles factory high beams are active. The second being an optional light source, which doesn’t require the vehicle lights to be on, and the third being a ‘follow me home’ mode which can be triggered by successive high beam flashes, resulting in a timed light source for up to 5 minutes.
